The administrator also collects this personal data via its website at https://www.mikulasstefan.sk/ (hereinafter referred to as the “website”).

These policies are issued by the administrator so that you are sufficiently informed about what personal data the administrator processes, for what purpose, for how long, who will have access to your personal data, and what rights you have. These principles apply to all personal data collected by the administrator, whether they were collected for the purpose of fulfilling a contractual relationship, legal obligation, legitimate interest, or consent.

Processing of personal data

The administrator is authorized to process the following personal data according to the purpose, according to the categories of personal data, according to the categories of the data subject, according to the categories of recipients and according to the retention period as follows.

Individual processing purposes mean the following:

• Processing an order means: the relationship between you and the administrator arising on the basis of an order, registration, on the basis of a concluded contract: provision of a service or shipment of products (expedition), dispatch of payments, handling of complaints, withdrawal from the contract.
• Providing direct marketing means: sending business offers by electronic mail (e-mail), via short text messages or via a telephone call.
• Accounting means: accounting records in the sense of accounting and tax legislation.
• Statistical purposes means: anonymized detection of website traffic, as well as monitoring of the number of page views

We process your personal data for the period necessary to ensure all rights and obligations arising from mutual legal action, at least for the period of processing the order for a product, provision of a service, etc., and for the period during which the administrator is obliged to store personal data according to generally binding legal regulations or for the period for which you may have given consent to the administrator. The processing time results from the purpose for which personal data is processed or is determined by legal regulations.

We may process your personal data even without your consent, but only for the purpose of:

• performance of the contract concluded between you and us, whereby the contract is also the actual use of a certain service without the need to sign anything;
• fulfillment of legal obligations arising for us from generally binding legal regulations; – or during processing that is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests.

The possibility and legality of such processing follows directly from applicable legal regulations and your consent to this processing is not required.

You provide us with your personal data voluntarily (however, they are required for some purposes, i.e. if you do not provide them to us, services or products may not be enabled or made available to you, e.g. sending a product or performing a service).

If consent is needed for the given purpose of processing (there will be no other legal reason), you provide it to us completely voluntarily. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your personal data for this purpose.

You can revoke your voluntarily granted consent to the processing of personal data at any time, free of charge, by sending an email message to the address: info@mikulasstefan.sk However, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of personal data that we process on a different legal basis than consent (i.e. especially if the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract, legal obligation or for other reasons specified in applicable legal regulations).

When processing personal data, decisions are not made on the basis of automatic processing or profiling.

Your personal data are not transferred outside the EU.

2. Your rights related to the processing of personal data

• Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) – your personal data will be erased without undue delay if any of the following reasons are met:
• your personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were processed,
• you revoke your consent to the processing of personal data, in the case of data for which your consent is necessary for processing and at the same time there is no other reason why this data can continue to be processed,
• you exercise your right to object to processing (see Right to object to processing below) or
• you believe that the processing of personal data carried out by our company is no longer in accordance with generally binding regulations.

• The right to access the data we hold about you – information about what data we process about you and to request a copy of it.
• The right to update the data provided.

The administrator has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to a processor who has concluded a processing contract with the administrator and provides sufficient guarantees for the protection of your personal data. Therefore, before any transfer of your personal data to a third party, we will always conclude a written contract with this person, in which we will adjust the processing of personal data so that it contains the same guarantees for the processing of personal data that we observe ourselves in accordance with our legal obligations.

5. Transfer of personal data

In accordance with the relevant legal regulations, we are authorized to transfer your personal data directly, without your consent:

a) to competent state administration bodies, courts and law enforcement authorities for the purpose of fulfilling their duties and for the purpose of executing decisions;
